Things have been extremely busy for me lately so I haven’t had any time to blog over the last couple of weeks. I have been kept really, really busy with all of the area fall festivals. But all the work and time has been well worth it. Anyways, I was at the Old Clifton Days festival during the last weekend in September and I am finally getting around to post a few pictures from the weekend. The weather that weekend could have been better but all in all it was a good time had by all.

I would like to invite everyone to come out to the Spring Valley Potato Festival this weekend.  The festival is being held this year in Spring Valley, OH (very convienent I must say) on October 3rd and 4th.  You can get more info about the festival here.

Microsoft has partnered with the Children’s Miracle Network and has pledged to help three Children’s Hospitals around the country to build out the “ultimate” game rooms for the kids.  In order for the hospitals to win they must be one of the top vote getter.  We here at Natural Bath Delights believe that this is a very easy way to help out your local children’s hospital.  You do have to create an account in order to vote and you can vote up to ten times a day.  We will be casting as many votes as possible and encourage everyone else to do the same.  It real simple and this is one of those “for the children” campaigns that is easy to get behind.

Yesterday I spend spent the day at the Oregon District street fair in Dayton, OH.  I got a last minute offer from the folks in charge of the street fair to be a vendor.  At first I didn’t feel like doing it.  I decided to take part in the street fair after my friend Nita from Nita’s Creative Crochet agreed to help out and split the booth fee.  Her help is always appreciated.  It turned out to be a lot of fun and very successful because the weather was near perfect.  I got to meet a lot of people and did very well from a sales point of view.  I, along with Nita, would like to thank everyone who stopped by our booth and hope that those who bought an item from us enjoy using it just as much as we enjoying making them.  Thanks everyone!!

Natural Bath Delights in conjunction with Nita’s Creative Crochet will have a booth September 25-27 at the Old Clifton Days Festival located in Clifton, Ohio. We will only be showcasing our sewn and crocheted items there. Admission and parking are free for this event.
